...It's uh...........It's About Michael Vick. Sorta.

I never wear sports jerseys but I bought a Michael Vick jersey and I wear it whenever I go walking my dog.

I live in Atlanta and I've been showing and training Bouvier's for 30 years.

The part I am quite unsure about is the brutilization (other than the simple fact of the fighting itself.) As I understand it , the only eveidence of that is tainted testimony of people who want to get a better deal for themselves.

I'm not saying he is innocent of those charges, just that I don't know.

Due to the nature of his plea bargain we will probably never know. I am assuming guilty to all the charges brought against him.
but that is his game to try and hide as much of his guilt as he can to try and preserve his foolball career.

I do not condone dogfighting.

Been involved in training and showing dogs for many years.

My dog saved my life 5 months ago.

But the Vick crap is "save the whales" bullshit hype.

No one protests when children are mauled and killed by pit bulls.

There's more hype over Vick and dogs than there is in this country about Iraqi babies being MELTED to death by us, or hundreds of thousands of innocent people being mass-murdered. Should people responsible for that horror go to jail and have their careers ruined?

Our priorities are disgusting.

Ohh thanks for the clarification. I agree on the disgusting priorities but think vick is scum , and would not want a dime of my money to go his way.

We received a few of them at the local animal shelter. They report that people are sending them their jerseys and that they will use them to line the cages and clean up the end product of feeding the animals.

No one protests? They make the specific breed illegal, and euthanize them if you don't follow the law. Where have you been if you can sit around pretending nobody 'protests' when Pit Bulls maul children?
