I've Asked, and Seen Nothing but Avoidance

You are so goddamn annoyin.

Yeah I guess the multiple comments chugged out inside a couple of minutes can get grating, but I have to give my props to the guy, he's still to date the only Liberalish person I've ever seen care about the Constitution.

To answer you, BAC, this is what I think the core mission of government should be (also, everyone here needs to realize that I asked about the mission of government in general, not the mission of OUR government)

"To establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty for everyone."

I don't disagree with any of that.

What IS the mission of government? I've asked this question several times, and all I see is people AVOIDING the question.

CLUE: What you feel THE Government should NOT do, is NOT an explanation of what you think A government's mission should be, in general.

Honestly, too many of you are too afraid to answer the question honestly, because you KNOW that you are unwilling to accept the REAL consequences of your ideologies.

What IS the mission of government?

"...establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity"
