Actually, according to the Vedic religion (an early ancestor of Hinduism), that's the best way to achieve moksa/oneness with the ultimate Self. A life lived devoid of action is preferable to a life where you act with attachment to worldly things and obtain karmas which keep you in the cycle of death and rebirth.

So according to them you'd be living ideally.
