I am currently taking three video courses, History of the Byzantium Empire; history of human language; and legacy of the great economists.

It turns out that Adam Smith was not the heartless laissez faire economist I imagined, and Karl Marx never supported or advocated for totalitarian government.

This is part of a cross-body bag/purse that I'm making. It will consist of black wool (in photo), black hide, lined and with zippered pockets, contrasting binding, and bright wool fringes/tassels. It is a student art show entry but since that's been canceled for now it's a bit of zen. :~)

Mr. Owl's Crapple laptop chose a bad time to finally kick the bucket. So he's ordered a new one that should come next week, and meanwhile is using mine. I had to hide all my sexy firemen pics in a folder labeled "Best Recipes for Liver and Onions."

(I just made that last bit up.)

I’m going to be making facial masks and hats as soon as the elastic gets here from Amazon. It’s something I can do to help at this time.

I will, it should arrive Monday. Thanks, I thought it was cute too. I did some many years ago. I'm not really into puzzles so I thought I'd try this.

It's amazing how Owl Sock almost seems human at times. When she's not "Reichtart this, or, Nazi that".

Are those glasses 20/4000 or something?
I guess you need those for close bead work.

Glasses don't come in "20/4000" -- these are +4.00 magnifiers. Beading, and threading the needle, is much easier with them.

Yeah, not a great time for that at present. You could make cookies (hint! hint!) but good luck finding any flour. Even King Arthur's is out on their website.

I know we have flour but it's bread flour or buckwheat. I'm not sure on AP our others.
