JEFFREY TOOBIN: ABORTION will be ILLEGAL in 20 states in 18 months...

She has considered her ability to be responsible for another life and has chosen accordingly. Fuck if she does and fuck if she doesn't according to some of you. If she has an abortion she is a murderer. If she goes through with the pregnancy but can't afford raising a child and asks for help, she is castigated for being an unfit mother. She should keep her legs closed while men are free to fuck left, right and center with no responsibility for the potential consequences.

Fucking hypocrites.

Not necessarily. Just how many women have more children when they already can't afford the ones they currently have?

Yes she is a hypocrite. She claims what she does with her body is her choice then expects someone else to pay for all sorts of things directly related to that choice. That someone making such a claim about her body would have the nerve to ask for help when she can't afford the choice SHE made after telling others to butt out of it when SHE made it is a hypocrite.

I wish those sperm donors that impregnated these women would pay. THEY should. Those that didn't get her pregnant shouldn't be paying a dime for a thing, directly or indirectly, related to what she does with her body. However, as long as women continue to expect people to do so, don't be shocked if those people want a say in what she does.

Gods will. a third of pregnancies end by themselves, so god is not exactly on board as against ending pregnancies.

They are not human life when aborted. You might call them potential human life. So you are also against masturbation?

Religion has nothing to do with it. They absolutely are a human life you dolt. If they were dead, no need to abort. It is genetically impossible for the fertilized egg to be any other species besides human. Basic science. Why do you deny science?

That's why I was careful to put "a" in front of human. It is human - a human zygote, fetus or other stage of development. The implication of my statement is that it is NOT a fully realized human being.

I agree w/ your 3rd paragraph about the things that should be considered for legal debate.

Again, by definition it is absolutely human and a being, thus a human being.

But please, define for me what you mean by 'fully realized human being'.

Forcing women to carry a fetus to term is a form of enslavement.

Complete bullshit in all cases but rape. That is like saying forcing a drunk driver into a jail cell is enslavement.

We all make choices. What we do may or may not have consequences we don't like.

We all know how a woman becomes pregnant. We all know a wide variety of ways to avoid getting pregnant/getting a woman pregnant.

If you CHOOSE to have sex and CHOOSE to not use protection and you get pregnant... then you have responsibilities. If you CHOOSE to have sex and DO use protection and still get pregnant. Still your responsibility.

Rape is the only instance where your analogy is correct.

A lot of people are hypocrites. You support one avidly on this forum. Why are women who have children they can't afford more hypocritical than anyone else?

Never said they were but those women who make decisions they say are no one else's business then demand others they told to butt out pay for those choices are the topic at hand. If you want to discuss other situations, post a thread about it. Otherwise, stay on topic.

Explain why if a woman tells others to butt out of the choice of what she does with her body it's OK for her to demand the rest of us become a part of it when she can't afford the choice SHE made?

You supporting the rest of us being forced to support the results of a choice we were told to stay out of makes you as much of a hypocrite as the woman making the demands. It's no different than if you were the woman herself.
