Characterizing abortion as "baby killing" is a fringe, extremist position. If the majority of Americans felt that way, there is no way Roe would have stood as the law of the land for decades.

Most Americans support the availability of safe & legal abortion. Extremist rhetoric does nothing for the debate on this issue. We should all work toward making abortion rare.

Its fringe only because avowed pro abortionists think so. Science clearly dictates the unborn are 100% human. Attachment to the womb, apart from natural causation, the only threat to their life, is human directed abortion.

No, it’s called being a mother. A fetus is a fully intact human being at its earliest stage of development. Demeaning it’s human value, in order to kill it, is quintessentially the same thing slave holders and Nazis did to kill and enslave other humans.

We have killed children all the damn time throughout history with war, superstitions, suspicions, and of course religion. Hell, God murdered a whole bunch of children in the Bible yet Christians love that shit. Selective outrage at exactly when a baby/child is killed is what makes you all fucking hypocrites.
