Work places have ALWAYS been able to require certain things, including vaccines, as a TERM of their employment. That is the free market at work. No one, and i mean NO ONE, was forced to take one. They can quit and get a job in another field.

Your argument is what is imbecilic. Look at the Military, for a decades on end able to require a whole host of vaccines if you want that job, and if not go elsewhere. Where were the Derp tears then? Seems like the research is coming in that it very well may have prevented transmission. But you wouldn't know that because you don't read science sources. Fox and Tucker ain't gonna give you science.

FACT - employers can do and historically have decided what they terms of their employment are including vaccines or not.


No amount of emoting tears saying 'but...but... this one was different because I did not want this one', changes the facts.

I know Derps struggle with this so let me make it real easy to understand with a most basic example, that is not covid related. Just some numbers to demonstrated.

- New virus is getting 8 out 10 people sick and 5 out of those 8 are dying

- vaccine comes in and 8 out of 10 people take it. 5 of them get sick and 2 die

- of the two who refused the vaccine both get sick nand 1 dies.

3 deaths in total with the most deaths coming from the people vaccinate.

No. that shows the vaccine did work. It reduced the death rate significantly and because so many more people are vaccinated than not, we still have more deaths there but the rate is lower. And THAT is what is important, because if that larger group was not vaccinated the deaths would sore.

Again I could care less if you take it or not. What i care about is people like you or DeSantis trying to use gov't power to subvert free speech and free association, and control businesses in the most fascist ways possible.


If you choose not to take the vaccine, and I run a small diner in a retirement community in Florida, where my staff and I know, it is a significant sales generator if all our staff are vaccinated and we advertise that we only allow in people who also are, that should be OUR CHOICE. Every business should be allowed to figure out what their clients want and to provide that to them, to generate sales and success.

You derps say 'No' to that. You want Big Govt to step and pass laws saying that Derps can enter any business and force that business to serve them such that unmasked and unvaccinated derps can walk into that diner, amongst the vulnerable people, just to 'own the libz'.

You cannot have derps like you and DeSantis pushing for laws like that, while at the same time pretending you are pro free speech, free association and support business independance.

The military actually allowed people to honorable discharge who didn't want the vax. I work with one of them. But you're right - workplaces require items as a condition of employment, such as pre-employment or random drug tests.

You either believe in Free Markets or you do not. Obviously you do not, nor does DeSantis and instead you believe in Gov't dictates to run business. that is fine, but just do not pretend you are, in any way for free markets. And also Free speech.

YOu are only for those things as long as you agree with what is being said or the business decisions being made. As soon as YOU do not agree, you are happy to see gov't step in and force people who are not YOU, to do what you want them to do.
