He did not. The right was looking for something, anything to cancel Kimmel. They did not choose well. This was a big nothing. I am sure if you are posting about it, you must have listened to Kimmel's clear explanation. It was not fake.

Again Kimmel said there, EXACTLY what i was saying here. The right, from the minute Kirk was shot was out screaming 'it is democrats'...'it is leftists' IMMEDIATELY politicizing Kirks death with ZERO evidence. The ONLY message they cared to get out was 'it was NOT one of us... it was one of THEM.'

I am not some person of magic who was able to mystically understand that. I said it here as it was obvious and true.

Except I am not. You are still trying to gaslight and dodge. This is the reason I rarely read any of your posts, they are almost always nonsense. This statement by Kimmel was on the 15th, we had information, we knew he was not "one of them", that is simple gaslighting.

Kimmel tried to pretend he "knew" the opposite of the actual information that was out at that time. The right wasn't "desperate" to prove he wasn't one of them, at that time they knew for a fact he was not. Kimmel gaslit his audience, said something untrue about folks he clearly thinks of as "enemies" and chose to blame MAGA to avoid his own discomfort.

While I noted that he was not fired and that he would be back on the air, and was right about that, all you've done is come here to "translate" what you "think" he should have said in an attempt to avoid the same discomfort. You attempt to gaslight and pretend you know his secret meaning behind accusing MAGAs of "desperately trying to show he isn't one of them"... which they were not, they were simply telling you what his own family had to say.
 
I'm gonna do some whataboutism - why are we all acting like Kimmel is the 1st person who ever gaslit people when the facts were pretty well established?

I feel like almost everyone has done that, in grand partisan fashion, for years now. I still see the right doing it about January 6th & the 2020 election.

Kimmel shouldn't have said what he said - and I would have liked to see an actual "I'm sorry" yesterday - but for the sake of pete, the self righteous indignation about it just looks massively hypocritical at this point in our history.

Yes he did... Fear quit after the first few minutes , he might have been okay...II watched a video clip... It did not air on tv here..... He's a worse actor than he is comedian....😉 It's been more fun watching all the people take videos of themselves canceling Hulu and disney plus...

Your record of being completely wrong is intact. He was not acting. He was thoughtful and thorough. You are so deep in Trumpism that you cannot see the good in people anymore.
 
Jimmy said NOTHING about Charlie Kirk. He had previously posted his heartfelt concern for Kirk's family.

What Jimmy talked about was what MAGA is doing. And that was the most offensive thing to MAGA.

Because MAGA doesn't really actually care about Charlie. MAGA cares about MAGA.

He was totally acting... very poorly... His initial comments were thoughtful... I was impressed.... Until he continued.... And then it Was clear that he was not sincere...

It's amazing to me that people think he can muster tears in his eyes like Streep or Brando.

He was sincere. I think it really got to him that people thought he was making light of what happened.

Jimmy is a very emotional performer. He was CLEARLY upset by people's thought he would make light of a tragedy. And he didn't.

It is only the most sick individual who thinks he was "acting".

Lots of people can do that , but actually , they might have been real... It's hard not to get choked up talking about Such a terrible tragedy..... He was sincere for a moment... I even mentioned that earlier today.... Then I got to listen to a little more of what he had to say... And That sincerity went right out the door... (Early this morning, they didn't post the whole monologue... just the words of regret and tears.... So I didn't see everything until not long ago)
