What makes this guy different isn’t that he’s—a whatever he is. It’s that he recorded himself *provoking* others to act unlawfully.

I understand that the left wants to make this about Trump, and then end the discussion. It’s what they’ve done for four years. But this incident needs more than a roughshod investigation that’s only suitable for Trump impeachment purposes.

BLM/Antifa riots had one common factor in DEMOCRAT-run cities – even if a rioter was arrested, he/she/other pronouns was likely to be quickly released without bail.

John Sullivan, who incited the mob at the Capitol on Jan. 6 (you can hear him on his own video, according to federal authorities), was arrested on Jan. 14 in his home state of Utah.

He was charged with one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and one count of interfering with law enforcement engaged in the lawful performance of their official duties incident to and during the commission of civil disorder.

Prosecutors asked that he be held in jail until trial, arguing that he incited riots. But under bail reform requirements, the judge, Daphne Oberg, said that the threshold wasn’t met to be able to hold him, and released him without bail.

I watched his ‘documentary’ and he was definitely inciting unlawful behavior on the part of others. He may have even gotten that woman killed. He was also trying to provoke them into torching the place but at least one other person there didn’t want destruction. This idiot could have turned an ugly scene into an absolute nightmare with mass casualties.

Think about that: the one instance of inciting the 1/6 Capitol riot *caught on video* was being done by a leftist/anarchist.

And they let him go.
