Isn't there a place in Denver that's famous for it's world class steaks and wild game like Elk?

It's rare for me to actually be in Denver other than when I'm working... I know restaurants in the Parker area better. Although I have many friends who live there and can point me in the right direction if he'll just decide what he actually wants.
