Nigel - errr... I think that's dungheap's old name?
Solitary - was banned for a couple of months (?) and stopped posting afterward; maybe the ban was permanent?

Voltaire - only ever posts very occasionally, has a girlfriend and is too happy to visit us; perhaps if we make a Muslim theme he'll come back

Bijou is a woman from California, Dantes is a man (allegedly) from Washington state.

I seem to recall Grind specifically saying that Dantes was not Bijou at one point, or was it Billy? I will concede that it is feasible that the prick might pretend to be a woman from California, after all he does have form for being a lying bastard you only have to look at his role model the Capo di tutti capi.
