while you're groveling, would you please answer the question you've been dodging?.....if you don't check ID, how do you know if the person in the voting booth is the same person who proved their right to vote when they registered?.....incidentally, PA is more important than CA, since its a swing state.....nobody expects an election in CA to hinge on a thousand votes....
