I've read like 5 articles on this and none of them give the name of corrupt judge who cut bond to 7K. Anyone catch the name?

Truck drivers are randomly drug tested. You can lose your license even if you have a prescription for what is found.
Speaking of illiterate idiots, you pass with flying colors. I worked at a large trucking hub and there were quite a few
drivers (mostly from California and Colorado) who couldn't speak English. That is a scary thought when traveling on
interstates when the truck drivers can't read the road signs. Whether this driver could speak English is speculative.
Keep in mind, the driver is responsible for going over his truck and trailer. If anything is found not up to operating
condition (air leaks, worn out tires, etc.), he is toast.

This was a multi-car pileup. The driver was originally charged because the police said he failed a field sobriety test. Then when they did a blood test there was no evidence of any drugs or alcohol so the charges of driving under the influence and causing a death while driving under the influence were no longer valid. Because there was no crime of that type that could be proven let alone even charged the judge reduced his bail based on whatever lesser charge he was still charged with.
You would have all the answers and would stop making yourself look like a fool if you bothered to read the actual article. But I realize it is more than one paragraph long and likely includes words that are difficult for you to understand with your limited English.

If that were the case, Any bail should have been agreed to at the arraignment. So don't feed me any of your bullshit.
Look dumb fuck, I know what it's like driving a twin screw pulling a 48' van, Even unloaded, they won't stop on a dime, and they jack-knife rather easily.
I also know what's driving on our roads pulling 53 footers. Relevant or not, that is a concern. I also know more driver's than I'd like to who were in fatal crashes that were no fault of their own. Only one still drives, and just part time.

Before the drug report came in, the driver was charged with manslaughter while under the influence of drugs and bail was set at $1.2 million. After the drug report came in the charges of being under the influence were dropped and the bail was set at $7,000.
