Judge SLASHES Bond from $1.2 Million to $7,000 for Foreign Trucker Who Killed 5 Including a Baby in Fiery Austin Crash

So he has a odd name, and black skin... But did not cause a car accident... Shouldn't he be released?

Get in an accident when you're drunk and it doesn't matter who's at fault, you're going for a ride.
He tested negative for drugs and alcohol, so not a problem.

If he's here illegally and 5 people were killed, he shouldn't have had a license to begin with, therefore, he (like the drunk who wasn't supposed to be on the road) is responsible.
He is a US citizen, so not a problem.

Again. You are determined to prove you are an idiot or illiterate. The story says no drugs or alcohol in his system and he had a work permit allowing him to work in the US.
Truck drivers are randomly drug tested. You can lose your license even if you have a prescription for what is found.
Speaking of illiterate idiots, you pass with flying colors. I worked at a large trucking hub and there were quite a few
drivers (mostly from California and Colorado) who couldn't speak English. That is a scary thought when traveling on
interstates when the truck drivers can't read the road signs. Whether this driver could speak English is speculative.
Keep in mind, the driver is responsible for going over his truck and trailer. If anything is found not up to operating
condition (air leaks, worn out tires, etc.), he is toast.

Walt claims this driver was a US citizen. Are you lying? Or is Walt?

Nice pivot from your false argument that he was drunk.

He was not drunk or on drugs and he was not in the country illegally.

This was a multi-car pileup. The driver was originally charged because the police said he failed a field sobriety test. Then when they did a blood test there was no evidence of any drugs or alcohol so the charges of driving under the influence and causing a death while driving under the influence were no longer valid. Because there was no crime of that type that could be proven let alone even charged the judge reduced his bail based on whatever lesser charge he was still charged with.

You would have all the answers and would stop making yourself look like a fool if you bothered to read the actual article. But I realize it is more than one paragraph long and likely includes words that are difficult for you to understand with your limited English.

I never said he was drunk or on any drugs. Why don't you wait until the report is made public? What, if any charges? Maybe it was no fault of his own on any count, so there was nothing wrong. If that were the case, Any bail should have been agreed to at the arraignment. So don't feed me any of your bullshit.

Look dumb fuck, I know what it's like driving a twin screw pulling a 48' van, Even unloaded, they won't stop on a dime, and they jack-knife rather easily.
I also know what's driving on our roads pulling 53 footers. Relevant or not, that is a concern. I also know more driver's than I'd like to who were in fatal crashes that were no fault of their own. Only one still drives, and just part time.

OMFG... The news article explains it all. We don't have to wait until the report is made public because it was made public and the judge let them out on $7,000 bail because the report said there were no drugs or alcohol in their system.

Before the drug report came in, the driver was charged with manslaughter while under the influence of drugs and bail was set at $1.2 million. After the drug report came in the charges of being under the influence were dropped and the bail was set at $7,000.

This is some simple stuff RB. It seems you can't even take time to read an article that would take less than 10 minutes for a person that reads at a 6th grade level. And yet here you are spouting bullshit that is refuted by the article simple because volsrocks spouted bullshit that was refuted by the article.

I don't believe it. Odds are he was on some drug or speeding or playing on a cell and i sure don't believe he's US citizen. Why do you trust the govt???

Soros doesn't even make the top 25 biggest donors list.

It's amazing how gullible the people that voted for Trump are.
Dicky, you've admitted that the democrats are owned by billionaires as you're constantly arguing about Trump. (even though Trump is a billionaire himself) Then, like a sick bastard, you express glee about the thug potentially getting out of prison because of a libtard judge. Pure class as usual.

Everyone that has been in an auto accident is a thug? I didn't express any glee. I expressed that a person that has misdemeanor criminal charges isn't being held on $1.2 million bail and the judge was right to reduce bail when the felonies went away. Pure stupidity as usual from Toby the toddler.

This guy was speeding in an 80,000lb vehicle in a construction zone and burned 5 people including a baby up. He is a thug.

Why can't Trump supporters read or comprehend what they read?

Where does it say he was speeding on the day of the crash? The stories say this "Records show he was due in court next week in Wilmer, in the Dallas area, for going 63 mph where the speed limit was 30 mph." Dallas is not near Austin and you can't due in court for speeding on the day you are arrested of the accident in Austin.

Then where does it say any person died from burns?

This happened in Texas where I live. I have seen a lot of local reporting on this wreck and it involved 17 cars and was started by the semi plowing into a VW which burst in flames killing 4 people. A pickup also burned killing its driver. The semi caused the wreck. The semi travel a 1/10 mile more after hitting the VW Jetta. That is certainly not controlling your speed.

Traffic was stopped. Running into stopped vehicles doesn't mean he was speeding since it was I-35 where the speed limit in Texas is what? 70mph?

It seems you are confused about accidents since you are talking about 3 different accidents.

The accident we are talking about - You will note that none of them died from burns.
One of the vehicles struck from behind by the truck tractor was a sedan with four people inside. All four, two adults and two children, were pronounced dead at the scene and the damage to the vehicle was so severe, Austin fire personnel had to use specialized tools to extract them.
Another vehicle involved was a pickup that contained three people. The truck was hit so hard in the rear that the bed was impacted into the passenger cabin, causing the rear seats to nearly collide with the front seats. The left rear passenger, a 78-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
