Actually the Republican controlled Congress through do diligence and execution of their constitutional authority and duty conducted legal and required oversite hearings that exposed the facts that Hillary Clinton was incompetent in handling her duties as Secretary Of State in Benghazi by failing to provide adequate security for America's Libyan Ambassador and she failed to take appropriate actions to prevent the murders of said Ambassador and 4 other Americans.

Furthermore, the facts show that because of the Republicans legal authority to conduct oversite hearings related to judicial issues and performances of the Justice Department it was uncovered that Hillary Clinton was incompetent and performed criminal actions by establishing a private email server by which she conducted government business and thereby gave access to aids and hackers not cleared for classified materials which is a felony, by which any other American would be serving a term in jail for.
