How can a man like that be expected to rule impartially on questions that have partisan implications? Whether or not he's a sexual predator, he's clearly the wrong man for the job. He should step aside immediately, and if he won't, Trump should drop him before he has a chance to disgrace our nation's highest court.

Garland wasn't mistreated. If you want to blame someone for his situation, talk to old Joe. He clearly stated the standard by which the Garland situation was how things were to be done. The problem with you lefties is that when the standard is applied to you rather than by you, you run from it faster than the average black from a job application or a paternity test.
