YesDid that have bearing on the court's ruling?
You are jealousPlenty of experience in grifting.
It was much more about proper process being followed, and rights being honored.
Is this guy strong enough to last 5 years in prison? I kinda doubt it. I think he'll piss off someone and get shived.
Even if he does survive, and get out, he will never work again as a human trafficker, too many will be watching him.
If he tries to make Hunter Biden type artwork, I don't think he has the clout. He is now the all time loser.
The least you could do is accuse me of being jealous of someone who's ethical, moral and intelligent. Bondi is none of those things. You are jealous
He would be a convicted MS 13 member, so he'd be required no choice involved to 'gang up' with other MS 13 members in whatever prison he's sent to. Of course, whatever MS 13 leaders in that prison order, he's going to have to do it, or he gets the same done to him.Is this guy strong enough to last 5 years in prison? I kinda doubt it. She won't be the one prosecuting this El Salvadorian dumbfuck gangster, some fleet of US attorneys will be, while Garcia will likely have nothing but a pubic pretender for council. Maybe some radical Leftist immigration liar will take the case, but it's unlikely given the heap of serious criminal charges they piled on him.The least you could do is accuse me of being jealous of someone who's ethical, moral and intelligent. Bondi is none of those things.
"In 2011, Bondi pressured two attorneys to resign who were investigating Lender Processing Services, a financial services company now known as Black Knight, following the robosigning scandal, as part of their work for Florida's Economic Crime Division.
In 2013, Bondi received criticism following a campaign donation from Donald Trump. Prior to the donation, Bondi had received at least 22 fraud complaints regarding Trump University. A spokesperson for Bondi announced that her office was considering joining a lawsuit initiated by Eric Schneiderman, the attorney general of New York, regarding tax fraud potential charges against Trump. Four days later And Justice for All, a political action committee established by Bondi to support her re-election, received a $25,000 donation from the Donald J. Trump Foundation. Bondi subsequently declined to join the lawsuit against Trump University. Both Bondi and Trump have defended the propriety of the donation."
In 2013, Bondi persuaded Governor Rick Scott to postpone a scheduled execution because it conflicted with a fundraising event. After questions were raised in the media, Bondi apologized for moving the execution date.
In August 2018, while still serving as Florida attorney general, Bondi co-hosted The Five on Fox News three days in a row while also appearing on Sean Hannity's Fox News show. Fox News claimed that the Florida Commission on Ethics had approved Bondi's appearance on the program; however, the spokeswoman for the commission denied that, telling the Tampa Bay Times that no decision was made by the commission and that the commission's general counsel did not make a determination whether or not Bondi's appearance as a host violated the Florida Code of Ethics. The Tampa Bay Times described it as "unprecedented" for a sitting elected official to host a TV show."
Again you are pretending to know things. A true bill is what the jury returns when they indict. Sometimes it pays to listen and learn, usually when you are ignorant, as you have proven to be.The DOJ manual is pretty clear about what the DOJ is supposed to say about indictments.
Bondi said the Grand Jury found things to be true. That is not what a grand jury does. They find that there is enough possible evidence to bring an indictment. They don't find anything to be true.
The standard line for the DOJ is normally, we have brought an indictment for the following crimes and the person is assumed innocent under our justice system.
Did you bother to read your link?Again you are pretending to know things. A true bill is what the jury returns when they indict. Sometimes it pays to listen and learn, usually when you are ignorant, as you have proven to be.
Here's a link, so you can stop being ignorant, in the future you can tell someone what a true bill is instead of insisting stupid things that aren't fact.

So they lied when they said they could not facilitate his return?Kilmar Abrego Garcia on way back to US to face criminal charges:
A two-count indictment, which was filed under seal in federal court in Tennessee last month, alleges Abrego Garcia, 29, participated in a years-long conspiracy to haul undocumented migrants from Texas to the interior of the country, according to sources briefed on the indictment.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, newly returned to US, appears in court on charges of trafficking migrants
Kilmar Abrego Garcia appeared in a Tennessee courtroom Friday, hours after he was brought back to the U.S. to face charges of transporting undocumented migrants.abcnews.go.com
Looks like they were able to facilitate his return. So, when he's convicted and then sent back will they still cry about the "Maryland Man"?
No one else is charged.Because that's where he committed that crime.
Abrego Garcia was driving a vehicle registered to a known, convicted, human smuggler when stopped in Tennessee. Conspiracy charges would be normal with Garcia and the vehicle owner along with the occupants in the vehicle being also charged.
Except there is no allegation of Agrego Garcia sending any money overseas. Since it is so easy to prove, why didn't they indict the conspirators they claimed moved that money?Wire transfers overseas with money from criminal activity is a crime too. That one is fairly easy to prove given there will be a paper trail.
We will see.My bet is he will be easily confirmed as an MS 13 gang member based on evidence to date.
Given the loss rate for Trump is about 95%, we will see.Given the federal conviction rate on cases is over 95% I'd say it's damn near a slam dunk he'll get double digits in prison. They might give him a plea deal for say 3 to 5 years and if he takes it that's that.
On the whole, Garcia is fucked. Worse, once convicted, the US could wave prison time and ship him straight back to El Salvador, this time making sure all the i's are dotted, and t's are crossed. So much for Judge Whatshisname's case...
Did you bother to read your link?
When a Grand Jury decides the prosecution has provided enough evidence to show probable cause they give a true bill which actually indicts the defendant,
The indictment does not mean that the grand jury found anything to be true. It means they found the evidence was enough to show probable cause. The true bill is the indictment. It is not a statement about the evidence all being "true."
yup.Looks like they were able to facilitate his return.
If he is convicted he should go to prison first then be deported. This actually is due process!
I guess Bondi looked up the term!
No one else is charged.

Trump's loss rate is nowhere near 95%.We will see.

I never said they didn't indict. I said that the job of a grand jury is not to decide the evidence is true. They only decide if the evidence as presented is enough to indict. Go back and read my post. However it does mean they have returned a True Bill. A No Bill is when they do not indict. I even provided a link and you chose to maintain ignorance.
