Carson and Leno both were funny with their political jokes. They hit both sides and weren't mean spirited.

If Jimmy alters his show in any way from the way he's been for the last upteen years, he will lose his audience. He did absolutely nothing wrong but make a fool like Trump look like the clown he is. And News Flash Disney, MY SUBSCRIPTION STILL REMAINS CANCELED!!

Smart comedians can speak truth to power and make it funny. Kimmel is not a smart comedians. If he was his audience would not be dying and his show would be profitable.
