Don't ask me....I thought that was one of the dumbest things I ever heard of. I always wondered, "trained" for what and by whom? Damned fools killed off a LOT of support for their cause, given that the vast majority of black Americans are NOT communist, despite the noted few black celebrities throughout history.
Mind you, the American Communist Party was instrumental in the Labor movement back in the day, but they lost favor big time when they started excusing or not dealing with Stalin's actions.
But I digress...seems every time a BLM member or "official" is caught doing some shady stuff, they are held up as justification for every false claim made against the movement. But since local law enforcement and HMS have gone on record blaming non-member/outside agitators and agent provocateurs for the riots at demonstrations and marches, this tactic becomes less plausible. Like I said, when BLM critics apply the same mindset to the GOP and conservative groups, then I'll take them seriously.

In his case, each bullet will be examined for legality and Kyle fired some illegal shots.

Only ran after someone shouted, “Get him!” Then showed remarkable restraint in not shooting another guy that backed away while he was on the ground .

Consider this; a home invader ties up a couple then beats both, castrates the man then rapes and murders the woman. While in the process of cutting off the woman's head, the man manages to free himself, pull a pistol and shoots the murderer in the back three times. The criminal falls but is not dead. His back, right arm and left femur are broken from the .357 JHPs that ripped through his body. The man crawls over to the criminal and shoots him in the head. Criminal dies.
Is there a murder charge in that story? Yes, there is. Three legal bullets and one illegal. It only takes one illegal bullet to send a person to prison.

A well-informed jury will see through the bullshit. If this fucking moron is judged by his peers, meaning 12 fucking morons, then there's no telling what they'll believe.
As it is, I think justice will be done. In some cases Kyle was fully justified to fire, in other cases he's guilty of reckless endangerment and possibly murder. This kid will be thirty before he gets out of prison....all tatted up like a good Aryan White Supremacist terrorist. I'm guessing he'll be dead by 50. Outlook not so good.

More good news about Domestic Terrorists is that 1) most of these fucking morons can't balance their checkbook much less keep a major terrorist attack secret and 2) they live in hostile territory. They are constantly surrounded by people who will report domestic terrorism.

Anyone who supports these domestic terrorists are guilty of supporting terrorism. In this case, they are supporting the murder of their fellow Americans and the destruction of our Constitution by imposing the rules of the terrorists.
I strongly advise every American so inclined to arm themselves and be ready to shoot a domestic terrorist down in the street should the occasion arise to defend our country and our Constitution. These people are both terrorists and traitors to everything our nation stands for.
