Nope. You're only referencing the video you've seen. He murdered someone in that parking lot. Then he fled, and that's when the 'mob' followed him.


Skateboard guy was his second murder of the night.

Skateboard Guy assaulted him (stupidly with a skateboard). After that another potential assaulter backed off. Rifle Kid could have easily killed him but restrained. Then Rifle Kid tried to surrender to police with his hands up.

That's not accurate. One person said that Rosenbaum tried to grab the gun, another said that Rosenbaum was shot as he approached Rittenhouse after he had fired several shots.

You cannot start an altercation, and then claim self defense. Unless the victim is black, but unfortunately for Rittenhouse, he murdered a white guy.

TBH, we’re not going to decide Rifle Kid’s fate at JPP. It’s just my prediction he doesn’t get convicted of murder. He’s definitely guilty of stupidity, even more so the casualties.
This somewhat reminds me of the Trayvon shooting. The lefties all predicted Zimmerman would be convicted of murder but the based on the *obvious* facts , I predicted not guilty.
Remember these two concepts - “retreating” and “reasonable doubt”. ;)

I agree that he'll probably get off, but he's guilty.

Martin was about the jury, not the facts. This could be the same, although he might do time for crossing state lines with the gun.

Being charged with two homicides, an attempted homicide, two counts of endangering safety and illegal possession of a firearm should be enough.
