I am often amazed at how you are able to pull through like this. The lefties of this thread have evaded the topic like a cat evades being shoved into a toilet, but you just took a shot at the actual topic! believing that 18 million people watched roseanne based on politics is the equivalent of saying that trumps election is a mandate, despite the fact that the Democrats put up the worst candidate possible.....

I doubt that 18 million viewers watched for political reasons too. Lots of people would have watched anyway, but I am confident that politics were the steroids that made it as big as it is.

Pointing out the overabundance of hypocrisy in your OP is not derailing the thread. It is very apropos to the thread. Just because you get your panties into a bunch because I called you on your bullshit there is no need to get all pissy about it.

They're confused on what to do.

They want to demonize the show, for supporting Trump; but it also is supporting single parents, the Military, gender identification, unemployment, interracial marriage and bi-racial children, surrogate motherhood, etc., and they can't figure out how to attack one section, without exposing their bigotry for the rest.
