Legal weed did not end the world! Democrat exclaims!

Another snark then out!

Actually, it was a statement of fact. Obama did indeed ramp up prosecution after campaigning that he wouldn't. you then began trying to back peddle.

Can't help but notice you missed Damo's post as well. But, then again, I should not be shocked.

LMAO... poor Garud... your point has been completely eviscerated and now we get your mental breakdown?

No my point is solid, there are more Democrats for legalization than Republicans. The more liberal states are pushing for legalization while the Conservatives are fighting it. Here in Florida the Republicans have gone to the Supreme Court to get the referendum taken off the ballot.

You wanted to change this to be about only the President, and even then you lost. The Justice Department could have FBI agents sitting outside all the Colorado Marijuana shops arresting people as they walked out the door, and shutting the shops down... but they aren't.

You don't see me going... Waaaa, I'm right and until you agree I'm not discussing it.

Yet, as Damo stated... and you ignored... the Democrats in CO fought the legalization. It was a ballot initiative by the PEOPLE that legalized it here. it is the POLITICIANS that are standing in the way. You continue trying to pretend it is Reps. It is both parties.

No, in no way did I say it was only about the President. I was showing you that the most powerful DEMOCRAT in the country was standing in the way.

Did I ever post that Democrats in Colorado are supporting legalization?

Even though Colorado governor opposed marijuana and he was a Democrate, Only 37 Republicans support legalizing marijuana. 57% of the Tea Party oppose it as well. 51% of Libertarians support it, real Libertarians, not the Ron Paul type! Lol

Did I ever post that Democrats in Colorado are supporting legalization?

No, but you have repeatedly stated it is Reps standing in the way... and that it is more liberal states that are legalizing. Yet in CO, we are one of the first states to legalize... not only did the Dem leaders in the state fight it, but we are also not a liberal state. So both your assertions are wrong.

Jared Polis is a member of the US House of Representatives. He had nothing to do with CO legalizing MJ.
He didn't say he did, his post was that he introduced the legislation that he sighted in the URL, you are very combative today! Don't worry it's almost Thursday!

LMAO... oh so he is just posting random shit that has nothing to do with what we were discussing... understood.

He is right, Dems are more supportive, overall, your governor didn't but far more Dems support the legalization than do Republicans.

which is why we see so many states with Dem legislatures that have passed legalization. Oh no... we don't see that.
