You really don’t know what you’re talking about here. Sounds like talking point to me. We’re a Right to Work state, something about which I’m happy. I’m in my 31st year of teaching in this state and have never been a member of a union. Never once have teachers been coerced (except by some local democrats) to unionize. But our legislators and lame governor have done/are doing a very poor job of taking care of the kids’ future by failing to plan for and adequately fund their education.

Having seen first hand the experience of what public school teachers have to put up with...know it alls who know nothing about education, like Right, making it impossible for you to do your job or earn a decent living from your profession....you'd have to be mad not to have a Union. I walked away from an offer to work as a high school science teacher cause I knew the first time some administrator told me to do something that was inconsistent with teaching science or try to micromanage me like a fry cook at McD's I'd tell them to go "explective delted" themselves.
