Liberals want to abolish police lol. How will this end if they are successful?

I'm watching liberal politicians calling for the abolition of police departments or the defunding of PD's. Now as a conservative I have seen some really really stupid liberal policies in my life. As I remain forced to sleep in my business because the police aren't able to stop the wide spread looting happening right now, at full funding/force levels, how are things gonna look once they are gone? Just sad how ignorant you libs can be. What's gonna happen folks?

There is a difference between a police force which abides by the laws and the constitution and a Nazi style police force which answers to no one, and acts lawlessly on impulse. Donald Trump feels he should be a military dictator, with absolute power of life and death, just like Kim Jong-un, and he is attempting to direct the police in this lawless manner.
 
'Defunding' refers to taking money from police coffers, and setting up agencies to deal with a lot of the mundane issues that police are often called out for. It will reduce the burden on cops, and allow them to be better trained for community policing...not military tactics.

I'm curious where the money comes from when multi million dollar civil suits are won against police depts.?

Or, in a manner which he believes should be the law, which is pretty much the same thing.

Which police force acts like that? I have had 2 interactions with police in the last 7 days and ours have been amazing.

No. They are talking about serious police reform. And giving lest money for military hardware. Shifting drug arrests to addiction counseling. Practical things.

Cities and counties spend an enormous amount of money on the police. They are getting bad results. The civilians should have a lot of power over police. They are supposed to be working for the people. They should answer to them.

Cities are eliminating the use of choke holds. And police who witness a choking can also be prosecuted.
