Liberals Warned Me About MAGA’s Racism. I Didn’t Believe Them—Until Now.

I didn’t run from anything. You always assign actions to me that just aren’t happening. I wish you would stop doing that.
Colin’s actions resemble many teenagers, they start to find their own identities and Colin started to embrace his being Black.
He didn’t just start when he kneeled.
Teenagers, yes. Adults, not so much.

Phan, you're the one claiming that I said he became black upon kneeling, I never did. I agree with you he became radicalized previously, perhaps college or upon joining the NFL. IDK. What I'm pointing out is that he didn't start politicizing his "blackness" until his NFL career wasn't working out as planned.

I've been wrong before, Phan. Perhaps you can explain to me why he began politicizing his NFL career? It's possible his injuries led him to see the writing on the wall so he decided to take a different path to fame.

Again, do you believe "black" is a race or a culture? Would it be racist of me to be ""unapologetically White"? You already know I'm unapologetically myself. LOL

Only black President, was a Trojan Horse and he ran the country into the ground for the last 4 years as well in stealth mode.
Only black VP was a diversity hire who was dumber that Joe Biden.
Only black woman nominated for POTUS. That's a joke. She was installed when Biden's dementia became to too pronounced to keep denying. She couldn't win a nomination, it was all set up by the party bosses. She lost as she should have.
Obama is ranked 10th as President. Your opinion is of no worth.

Two of my grandkids are biracial. I noticed that my g-son "talked white" until he became a teenager. He no longer does. He has identified to himself as black. How wonderful to have choices, isn't it?

I expect that despite the choice of Vivek R. as part of his #FuckAmericans group, #VPTrump will fan the flames of hatred and xenophobia once again. The mass deportation scheme will depend upon it. Wait for it.
I strongly doubt there'll be mass deportations, only token deportations. Something else Damo can put in the prediction thread.

Choices are great! Do you agree it's cultural and not genetically predisposed?

He was tired of black people being killed by the police. If you’ve observed him so closely, you would know this. He ask a military person the most respectful way to protest the killings and was told to kneel during the anthem. He did and the rest is history.

I’m not the one who determined black was a race and the Black people are the ones who will tell you there is a black culture.

You can be whatever you like, Dutch, it isn’t racist for you to be white, it is racist when you believe you are superior because you are white. It is racist to insist that your whiteness be protected by oppressing other minorities. I haven’t seen that from you.

Reread your original post. It is the way I perceived it. You implied he change happened when he knelt in my opinion.

Aren't we all? Why politicize his football career on the field instead of off the field? A "military person"? Isn't that what Trump does? Ask around until he gets the answer he wants and then runs with it?

Are we agreed there's no such thing as race, only culture?

Thanks. There are superior cultures, but there's no such thing as superior or inferior races since there's no such thing as race. "Race" is a social construct. There are only cultures including subcultures within those major cultures. There's educated, moral and rational cultures in America and there's dumfuck cultures like the idiots who marched in Charlottesville shouting "The Jews will not replace it".

People can't choose where they are born, they can't choose their parents, their skin-tone, build or sex but, as TOW just pointed out, they can choose their culture be it embracing their "blackness" or being Nazi fuckwits like James Fields.

To be clear, I believe Colin began politicizing his football career when he saw that his career wasn't going in the direction he desired. There are lots of ways he could have protested police brutality against people with darker skin-tones. Violating his contract and politicizing the NFL wasn't a smart choice for someone looking at a long career in football, but it was a great choice for someone looking for an alternate career. 🏈

The color of one’s skin is genetics and that determines a great deal here in the USA.

Again, you are entitled to your opinion, it’s just not based on facts.

And this will be my last reply to you on this subject matter.

so can we remove race check boxes from all application and stuff?

November 9, 2016, the day after Donald Trump was elected as the 45th president, my high school history teacher pulled me back after class.

“Are you okay?” he asked me.

Before I could answer, he expressed concern that I should be vigilant in a post-Trump world. “Don’t be surprised if people start telling you to go back to where you came from,” he said.
Says one of the biggest racists on this forum.

Only among stupid people. I grew up in the desegregated military and, as a kid, didn't understand the problems being shown on television.

It's a fact there's no such thing as race, Phan. Our differences are cultural be it a culture that claims people with darker skin are inferior or that round eyes are inferior as I experienced in Japan, or cultures that teach skin-tone is superficial and that how a person thinks and what actions they take determines what type of person they are.

Okey-dokey. Sadly, you never agreed that race doesn't exist.

so can we remove race check boxes from all application and stuff?
Are you okay, Fredo? You seem to be having a lot of short-term memory issues. Are you sick? On medication? On drugs? Hit your head after drinking too much last night?

so can we take race check boxes off all applications for stuff?
Yes. Or at least rephrase it to "cultural heritage". Since race doesn't exist, it's stupid to have "race" on government forms.

why "rephrase it" ?

why use something else as a proxy for something we agree is bad to have on the form?

are you stupid?

let's just take it off the form and replace it with nothing.

that's a better idea.

:truestory:

I answered the question. You didn't like the answer and now you are refusing to answer my questions. Interesting, but expected.
