Limit the number of a member's concurrent threads

Damo is looking for the forum to pay for itself. Legion drives up profit by posting so much. Without Legion, half the forum posts AKA profit would drop.

It's something you just have to ignore. This site doesn't condemn trolling and Legion comes along for a while to troll. He'll get bored and will either leave for a while or switch sides and pick someone else to haze. It would help if people simply ignored him but they don't. He's here simply to egg on some people while trolling others.

Could we upgrade the ignore feature so that my front page is not full of gray question marks as the person in question is spamming the site?
