Testing labs are backlogged hundreds of thousands of people. There’s limited testing because of Trump’s incompetence, not because of some bizarre conspiracy theory of yours.

Your premise is correct: We have no idea of the death rate from nCOVID19 without extensive testing.

Your conclusion, however, is incorrect. We don't have enough test kits because someone got caught with their pants down. Whether the scarcity of tests is deliberate or not is unclear. However, given the track record of the #COVID45 administration, if it's deliberate it's because the gibbering monster at the helm doesn't want his numbers to look bad.
