they died very young.

so what is my point?

I don't have one. I like eating fresh fish I catch myself, so I plan to continue doing so

Unless you are pregnant, the advisories in the state manuals are a little more stringent than necessary.

Still, you have to be very selective about where your food is coming from, and what species you eat.

Yes because everyone KNOWS mercury, PCBs and chem run off from industry and agriculture into streams rivers and lakes is just a liberal hoax, In fact I can remember the tel conf we had with the deep state about rolling the hoax out

Since you stupidly believe that this is "liberal propaganda," I urge you to eat as much fish caught from America's rivers and lakes as you possibly can. Focus on apex fish predators for the maximum amount of liberal propaganda mercury, PCBs, chlordane, and PFAS/PFOS.

There are lots of areas where the state's DNR/Health Dept. has advised NO FISH SHOULD BE EATEN from certain bodies of water. See post right above this one.
