The way I think this is intended to work is that after the Regime proclaims its candidates the winners most will either know or suspect that the election was fraudulent, there will be chaos (which is wanted by the Regime), which will be used as the pretext for a brutal takedown of MAGA and all other enemies of the Revolution.
