That's fine and I'd agree. I'd even go further in saying they don't need most or all of sex education from schools, along with any sort of social or economic justice propaganda. Civics and social classwork should be limited to a factual basis in understanding the law as written and the expectations of society in terms of personal interaction--that is how to be a law abiding, respectful, and civil person within society. We also need to ensure that students get a basic understanding of our nation's history--not world history but the history of the society and nation in which they live.
In fact, I'd say replace virtually all, or all, sex education with coursework in how to be an adult and manage your personal life. That is, classwork in things like shopping, cooking, how to manage a bank account and credit cards, personal hygiene practices, basic home repairs, and the like. That's going to be of far more use to any high school graduate than knowing that there are supposedly 32 genders or whatever-the-fuck sex education has become today (pun intended).
School should be geared towards producing productive, useful, citizens who have a shared set of values that connects them, not radicalized, hate filled, morons who see everything through a lens of gender and race dividing them into separate camps.
Your complaints are centered on what the government is doing, not what the constitution says. The constitution requires the United States to strictly adhere to international treaties we have signed off on. Aggressive offensive war and war crimes are violations of International law we are a party to. It follows that "unnecessary war" and war crimes are the fault of the government, not of the constitution.
A government can and does violate the constitution. That's precisely why I said fealty should be to the constitution, not to the government or to a cloth flag.

The Satanic Temple will launch its own religious release program at Edgewood Elementary in the Marysville Schools district as a counter to LifeWise Academy, which currently offers religious educational programming in the district.
The Salem, Massachusetts-based Satanic Temple first announced the program in a Nov. 23 Facebook post and spoke to WOSU on Wednesday.
Satanic Temple representative June Everett said the Hellions Academy for Independent Learning, or HAIL program, aligns with the organization's beliefs called the "7 tenets."
Everett said the Satanic Temple has been launching the program during school time in response to LifeWise Academy doing the same thing.
"We really we are no fan of it. We do believe strongly in religious pluralism and religious freedom. But we would absolutely go away if they stopped doing their program. But until they can, you know, as long as they continue to offer this to the public schools and demand that they be in the public schools, we will be there as well," Everett said.
The Satanic Temple has a history of taking similar actions when Christian groups attempt to put themselves into traditionally secular spaces.
