I didn't deny it genius but beyond that it's not a vaccine no matter who the fuck pumped it out. The polio vaccine is an actual vaccine that is 99% effective at PREVENTING people from getting polio so they have no fear of people who aren't vaccinated.

Trump made it possible for drug companies to develop a vaccine in a very short period of time. It isn't his fault that what they developed was a shitty one that barely works. That isn't Biden's fault either. It is, on the other hand, Biden's fault for demanding everyone get one even after it became evident there were serious issues with it.
