Perfect sense to a mind-numb libtard, sure, handing a newborn nonprofit with zero experience a $2 billion climate grant screams 'everything's on the up and up here' LOL Sad little drone.

Imagine that happening in the private sector, some heads would roll for sure. a corporate shell with $100 in revenue, snagged $2 billion from a private foundation or investor. First, the SEC and IRS would swarm, sniffing for fraud, embezzlement, wire fraud, and false claims. No way a tiny outfit with no track record justifies that cash without screaming “scam.” Someone would be behind bars for sure.
