Majority of Americans say they are better off under Trump than four years ago



A majority of Americans find themselves better off under President Trump than they were four years ago, according to a new poll.

Fifty-six percent of registered voters say they’re better off now, while 32 percent said they’re worse off, Gallup found in a survey out this week.

The number is a vast improvement compared to 2012 under the Obama administration, when 45 percent of voters said they were better off than in 2008.

Pretty interesting, if accurate, Americans feel they are better off yet they still want to get rid of Trump, meaning either they don't associate Trump with them feeling better off, or, there is another issue that is more important to them, ie, COVID, and the way Trump f*cked it up beginning to end *

This is a red herring fallacy. It's the equivalent of saying More people have filed for unemployment than voted for Lincoln... It picks a convenient time period that validates the wanted conclusion.

It's misdirection using a worthless and meaningless statistic.
