Yes but any reason they are not in school is a missed learning opportunity which so many of you were adamant that 17 mins of missed class was going to send them down the path of ignorance and drugs.

Historically we've never had a White House resident who inspired people to such extremes, either negatively or positively, to get political. Interesting times.

But many many many law abiding gun owners are not being responsible with their fire arms and allowing them to be used tragically. We need to hold them accountable so that possibly current and future gun owners will strive to be more responsible and thus avoid tragedy. Is that too much to hope for or work for?

So? One whole day of disruption is hardly going to affect an entire school year. To presume it would is just you and others stretching a ridiculous accusation.

The point is, it wasn't a school sanctioned activity. The majority of the students did not take part.
There was no reason for disruption of the entire building for the majority of the day.
The 10 AM time was the problem? Why 10 AM during a school day? Who picked that? Why any school went along with it, I have no idea.
