I've never been afraid of the recounts in Arizona- the first one or the 2nd one that sealed Trump's fate.

Remember Fox News called the Biden Win as early as election night. All other news sources waited for the recount that the state issued that took a few days to complete.

But the ballots were certified by the state.

No one other than Donald Trump and his minions wanted this recount- and it would have been OK if Trump had hired an independent council to review the ballots- BUT NO HE HIRED THE Q anons to count them. That's the deal breaker right there!

So that is why the world is concerned about the Q anon efforts and wants them stopped immediately!

So cool your engines and try to get over Trump's loss!

Your faux recount and hissy fit is causing the state of Arizona to turn BLUE for the upcoming 2022 election.

Government entities OTHER THAN THE LEGISLATURES changing election laws/standards for mail-in ballots leading up to the 2020 election, allowing unsolicited, unvetted ,unverified ballots to be allowed.

ONLY THE STATES' LEGISLATURES ARE ALLOWED TO MAKE SUCH CHANGES, CLEARLY ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE II OF THE US CONSTITUTION, AND THAT AIN'T WHAT HAPPENED.

what you folks seem to be ignoring is that there is an issue of whether the county has FULLY complied with the subpoena or whether they have held back some data requested.....additional subpoenas have been issued as ordered by the court.....

They did not cite an overbroad objection. In fact they materially complied with everything else, and objected to the request and stated objectively why they objected.

The Sheriff department can object if they want too but right now they are under legal obligation to comply with the subpoena.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors issued a statement that said they refuse to meet with Arizona Senate President Karen Fann as requested to discuss the audit of the 2020 presidential election, according to The Western Journal.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors even went as far as calling the audit to be ended.

Chairman Jack Sellers stated that he will no longer be answering any questions concerning the 2020 election.

“We are here under some bizarre circumstances to discuss responding to an unfortunate letter from the president of the Arizona state Senate,” he said.

“This board is done explaining anything to these people who are playing investigator with our constituents’ ballots and equipment, paid for with real people’s tax dollars,” Sellers said. “It’s time to be done with this craziness and get on with our county’s critical business.”

~ In February Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason concluded that the Senate has the authority to review all materials requested.

“There is no question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative subpoenas,” Thomason said.

“The Senate also has broad constitutional power to oversee elections.”

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has still refused to disclose the requested information.

Fann says, “a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots contained in a batch and the total denoted on the pink report slip accompanying the batch.”

Maricopa County “has not provided any chain-of-custody documentation for the ballots.”

No, they are under legal obligation to comply or object. That's how it works. They objected, in a completely legal manner, and the courts will rule on their objection, if the Senate decides to challenge it. So, you hate our legal system, our court system, and our election system. You think the election was stolen. Why don't you just get the fuck out of the country? Or you could cry some more, loser.

So, I'll accept the standard if they will. Trump challenged EVERY SINGLE CONGRESSIONAL SUBPOENA that was issued to his administration. What did he have to hide? Trump refused to comply with a subpoena for his taxes. What does he have to hide?
