How do you measure this? What is a "better standard of living?"

For example, this graph has the US first among large nations as the previous 14 on this list are all tiny "postage stamp" nations and city states.

In fact, when you discount Socialist policies as a major influence on standard of living, you get this sort of chart again and again. It is only when you start counting intangible, really unmeasurable, Socialist policies like "fairness" or "equity" that the US takes a hit.
 
We don't have a National Health Service.
Most of our workers have no union representation.
We have homeless people on the street while billionaire idiots go to space
accomplishing what the government was able to do in the early 1960s and thinking that it's a big deal.

What else do we need to know?
How low can we set our standards?

What does any of that have to do with a standard of living? Standards are measurable. Having a "National Health Service" is not. Mexico has a National Health Service and it sucks big time when you measure it's actual performance.

Unions, same thing. On average, union workers make just 6% more than non-union workers today. But because they pay on average 7% of their pay in union dues, they lose money compared to non-union workers.

We have homeless people in droves because Leftists decided that it was bad to put mentally ill people in institutions where they could be cared for properly, and that handing out needles and legalizing all sorts of drugs like marijuana, and such would somehow help drug addicts...
What did government do in the 1960's on the standard of living? LBJ's "Model cities" program where you had great industrial centers like Detroit crumble into ruin? Maybe his public housing projects, like Watts in LA that ended with a huge riot and the residents trapped there burning down the buildings in protest?

So, again, what are the standards that measure standard of living?

Here's one I think is relevant: Only Australia has, on average, larger home size than the US.

And so, they keep creating new lies and new wrinkles on the existing lies and new mandates to start applying the "somehow" intimidation required to get those who are or were on the fence when it came to complying.

As time goes on, the government "somehows" will increase in intensity and will expand to other areas of our lives, with the ultimate goal being to convert us from the owners and bosses of America into being slaves of the Central Government.

From sovereigns to subjects.

And while all that is going on, the silly Marxist posters assure us that not only is there a DIFFERENT and WORKABLE form of Communism which exists on paper (it ALWAYS works in theory but never in real life), but that once their dirty Communist bosses gain control of America, that they will follow this supposed magic wand -ish version of Communism.

It is double bull crap.

It will not work as advertised.

And the people in charge will revert to the same formulas they have the last 40 times it's failed.

The anti-vaxxers are today's version of the Minutemen who stood up to government tyranny then and they are standing up to attempts by today's government to enslave us.

It's no longer viable as a united republic.

We can change it with a plan or we can see what catastrophes occur on their own.

And which ideology and system of government and economic system and social philosophy has worked successfully for 250 years to make America the richest, most powerful and freest country on earth while 40 attempts in 40 different countries to make Marxism succeed the past 100 years have killed one hundred million + and imprisoned and impoverished billions?

As brainwashed and dumbed down as the blue city voters are, they can't ignore this fact forever.

And that should keep you awake at night worrying what will happen when they wake up.

The only way to avoid constant stress is to implement a peaceful Blue State /Red State partition.
The 50 state American configuration is doomed. We're two completely different nations trying to share the same government and boundaries.
And we're failing miserably.
America is a cauldron of hatred about to boil over.
If we don't separate peacefully, it will happen another way.

Either way will be better than what we have now. Red State America is an abomination that civilized America can no longer tolerate.

To split the United States and have two hostile nations trying to exist side by side would not be to anyone's long term benefit.

Google the contentious histories of Israel/Palestine or Iraq/Iran to become familiar with what might be in store for US if we were dim witted enough to voluntarily lobby for such a state.

Those who oppose America as it has been for most of its 250 years have nothing good to point to as an inducement except smoke, mirrors, snake oil and emotional manipulation.

Show us what we could look forward to with Marxist America. Or a Sharia ruled America. Or a Soros constructed America.

All would be poor substitutes for what we have already.


The only thing that allows critics of America to even exist is America's tolerance of their self defeating folly.
