Mass shooting in Austin by apparent Islamic terrorist

Gardner takes a hit piece that shades the truth, and adds his own fantasies to come up with something that has nothing to do with the truth.

This time it's by a Senegalese illegal immigrant that the Obama administration gave legal status
In 2006, having racked up at least two criminal counts and convictions married a US citizen and was given legal resident status by the Obama administration.
There is no evidence that Diagne ever had illegal status. More importantly, in 2006, Bush was President. Obama did not become President until 2009. The only way what Gardner claims could be true if there was some sort of magical time travel.

The only known conviction of Diagne before he became a citizen was not a crime. He vended without a license, which is an infraction, like getting a parking ticket. It would not cause him any trouble getting visas. He was arrested several times, but they were sealed. It appears he would become mad, disturbing the peace, get arrested, calm down, and have charges dropped, and the arrest sealed. That also would not interfere with him getting visas.

In 2006, when Bush was President, he used his marriage, and legal status to get a Green Card, or permanent residency. At that point, he was permanent legal status. Seven years later, he got citizenship.

Throw in that he originally entered the US illegally (tourist visa overstay).
He entered the USA legally, on a tourist visa, and then applied for other visas, so no overstay.

It appears he had a semi-automatic and that was probably obtained illegally given his criminal record.
Diagne had no felonies, and lived in Texas, which meant it would be easy for him to legally buy a gun.

You can't reason with these libs, they are all mentally deranged.
A simple question: was Obama President in 2006?

Nobody who enters this country illegally should be allowed to remain for any reason.
He entered the country illegally
Diagne entered the country legally, so that does not apply to him.

Any American who aids and abets an Illegal, needs to fined all their wealth and then imprisoned for a decade.
trump has been involved with hiring many illegal aliens, should his wealth be confiscated by the government?

First, many people enter the US illegally using a tourist visa. They know it's good for just 90 days, but they don't care.
A B-2 visa usually lasts for 6 months, not 90 days.

They just want into the country where they will then disappear and stay illegally. This guy did exactly that. Entered with the intent of overstaying the visa so he could be here to live here.
Diagne did not "disappear." He continued to apply for visas, getting a Green Card, and then getting citizenship.

What other reason did he have to come on a visa and overstay it?
Diagne clearly came to visit family, and to meet with a prospective wife. He married that woman, and became a US citizen.

You explain in some rational terms why this guy came to the US on a one-way flight, entered on a tourist visa, then stayed illegally for almost a decade.
There is no evidence he was ever illegally here, and he was absolutely not illegally here for a decade. In 2006, he got permanent residency, which made him here absolutely legally.

How about a 40 year moratorium on all immigration into the U.S.
If we absolutely close our borders like North Korea has, we will start looking more and more like North Korea.

Another mass shooting in Austin TX. This time it's by a Senegalese illegal immigrant that the Obama administration gave legal status to and then made a citizen even though he had a string of arrests.

Mass shooter Ndiaga Diagne, who apparently did this in the name of Allah, entered the US in 2000 and overstayed a tourist visa. In 2006, having racked up at least two criminal counts and convictions married a US citizen and was given legal resident status by the Obama administration. Between that year and 2013 when the Obama administration gave him citizenship, he managed to have a string of additional arrests and convictions.

The FBI, et al., are looking into any connection with the bombing of Iran in this shooting.

Anyway, Diagne shot up a large bar from his vehicle then proceeded to drive around downtown Austin shooting at random people until the police arrived and shot him dead.

Yup, provoked by The PP and the forever war crew.

Thanks a lot, trump. 🖕🏼

No surprise.

That's what he does.
