There are millions of mentally ill people in the US that do not go and shoot up Asian businesses.

So mental illness isn't the cause of gun violence, and never was.

The cause of gun violence is and always will be guns.

Every country on earth has mental illness. We are the only major western country with this level of mass shooting. There is something different about America, and it is not that we alone have mental illness.

This is one of the things that need improvement about the USA, but will not because we have 20-40% of the population who are crazy and think we are worse than Nazi Germany.

Guns make it easier and more deadly. So easy that people who could not do it before, now can by pulling a trigger. We would all be much safer without guns.

France requires all gun owners to pass a mental competency test before they acquire a firearm, and then periodic follow up tests after that.

It makes emminent sense.

I truly wish the UK had a Bill of rights and the right to own a firearm. I admire the deep rooted inalienable rights the American people have. You should cherish them. The reason I will never take the Covid vaccine is because a UK politician is TELLING me to. If I saw deaths and sickness first hand and the vaccine was a proven winner I would CHOOSE to have it. Federal law stipulates that anyone "who has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution" cannot own a gun. In 2008, George W. Bush signed the NICS Improvement Amendment Act, which mandated federal agencies to report certain disabled individuals to the database.
Federally licensed firearms dealers use the database to screen potential gun buyers.

The SSA rule was issued in 2016 to comply with the NICS Improvement Amendment Act.

The report I saw was that he did not go to strip clubs, he went to message parlors.

This seems relatively easy to understand, though I am well aware of your mental deficiencies.

Banning civilians from owning weapons that can shoot 30 to 40 rounds a minute, the US would be a lot safer, you don't that many rounds to wound a rabbit.
If you do perhaps, shooting lessons should be a strong consideration.

I saw for a fact - a real life occurrence of that person drive the car into the crowd. If I was 100% show it was a real Trump idoliser doing it for Trumpism I would say this guy is NUTs and nasty and needs locking up for 30 years. I would NOT say or think ... You know when the words "Nazi Germany" enter a debate there is a blast to the surreal. This is the problem: The leftie DEms will not and do not want to adhere to the Rule OF Law. If it goes against Mr Trump or appears to snide Mr Trump the lefties are just fine with that. They dont want a proper debate based upon rational thinking.
If a Black guy shot Mr Trump it would be Mr Trumps fault. If a white guy shot Mr Trump it would be both their fault. Whereas I and all people favouring Conservatism would not apply the same logic if Biden was shot. I would find BOTH the killers to be rotten evil killers.
