OK genius. There are 2,000 miles of US - Mexican border. Let's say you put one of those towers every mile. You'd need 2,000 towers each staffed with 24/7/365 personnel, all of whom would be drawing a well above average salary and benefits, not to mention the administrative personnel required to run everything.

Not as much as we waste on the military (the Pentagon cannot account for $21T it squandered between 1998-2015) or bailing out the Wall Street "free"marketeers with socialism and subsidizing aristocrats like Bezos and the rest of the Wall Street/donor/"job creator" class.

You just don't know much about electric fences. A metal ladder would short the fence to ground anyway. In fact Herman Cain proposed such a fence in 2011 and then said he was joking. An electric fence would pose a danger to people on both sides of the fence as well. It is also too expensive. I would probably be ineffective as well. Here is more information:

Turdy doesn't really think America needs a wall at all, hatred of people from south of the border is just a dirty tactic to energize "his base" just like Farrakhan talks about Jews and Whites in order to energize his followers. In the end Turdy and Farrakhan use pretty much similar tactics, but Farrakhan is much more educated and intelligent.

Turdy is now facing some serious legal trouble and has been found involved in tax evasion. No wonder he's hiding his tax returns. He also has been PROVEN with video evidence to be doing Putin's bidding, as when he pushed the newly elected prime minister of Montenegro at the NATO summit. Who put him up to dislike the PM of Montenegro or to claim that Montenegrans are "very aggressive" peoples who might start WWIII if not Putin himself? It's pretty likely that the Russians have some "compromat" on Turdy and he's terrified of crossing them. Turdy must be the worst president the USA ever had. In fact he makes even Nixon look like a very respectable president!
