Mostly though, Trump has self-esteem issues, which is why he overcompensates so much. He'd never volunteer to look weak. Secondly, he also believes he has superior genes and only weak people with poor genes get sick. He'd never volunteer to look like his genes are inferior.

Beg to differ on one point; Walter Reed is a military hospital ... tied to the hip of the Oval Office. So its feasible that they'd go along with Trump BS.

They're doctors, but also military officers. They all swore to the Hippocratic Oath and an Oath to support and defend the Constitution.
They wouldn't "go along with Trump BS".

It was fun watching the press briefing to see what Dr. Sean said and wouldn't say. Trump probably told him "only positive stuff" so that's all Dr. Sean could release due to Doctor-Patient privilege.

BTW, expect a move by Pelosi, or even Schumer, to have the Intel committees briefed on Trump's full status. Probably asked later this week. It would be done anyways, but they'll make a big show of it so the public will clamor to be briefed too.

That's wishful thinking on your part.....remember, in this country you have a history of military doctors doing experiments on black soldiers and civilians....and exposing troops in general to nuke blasts as a "field test". There are other examples, but you get the picture.

And why shouldn't Pelosi and Schumer "make a big deal of it"? Given the near 4 years of bull horn from Fox News, Murdoch media, etc., one best keep dissent and critical thinking/investigation in the public eye.

Trump is probably facing a painful recovery, either a long one or a short one (weeks instead of months). He might die. He might walk out of WR by the middle of next week. It is what it is.

FWIW, Fox is painting him as a hero for "volunteering" for all of these experimental treatments. :)

The pressers the doctors gave proved they will cover up for Trump. They were vague and gave no numbers. It would have been easy to say what Trumps BP, oxygen level and temperature were. The fact they did not shows how they were working under restraints.

It was odd. I expect that shit from his COVID-infected staff but not a "news" network. I've lost count on how many Trump staff and family are now positive for COVID.

LOL. One thing might they recommend is to let Trump get his wish: Trump may be forcing himself out of Walter Reed and back to the White House...which may make Election Day very interesting.

It could prob be rationalized in a few ways...

He could sell it that his health is a national security issue, along w/ his weight etc..........

Now many would laugh about that, but we must keep in mind this is a mannish old vain guy that spends hours-dying his hair every week, puts on makeup everyday, an hour or so to do/comb his hair & spray it up, wears a girdle & maybe a diaper occasionally.......

For most Americans our health info is confidential as well........

I guess that needs to be weighed against the public's right to know~which he pretty much negated all along, along w/ showing taxes, school records & 25,000+ lies.......
