Sorry, but I have known about the 16th amendment "controversy" for over 20 years. It is BS. The courts have said it is BS. I am not the one that is ignorant about it. Tax avoiders have been trying to use it to not pay taxes for a long time. The idiotic argument is nothing new just like all the other idiotic arguments the idiots use to say they don't have to pay income tax. Look up Gordon Kahl.

Benson, 941 F.2d 598, 607 (7th Cir.1991) (“In Thomas, we specifically examined the arguments made in The Law That Never Was, and concluded that ‘Benson ․ did not discover anything.’ ” (quoting United States v. Thomas, 788 F.2d 1250, 1253 (7th Cir.1986))).  “[W]e have repeatedly rejected the claim that the Sixteenth Amendment was improperly ratified.   One would think this repeated rejection of Benson's Sixteenth Amendment argument would put the matter to rest.”   Benson, 941 F.2d at 607 (citations omitted).

Perhaps if you do a little research you can find the ruling that states that even if the wording was slightly different as ratified by the states, the amendment was still properly ratified.
36 states were required to ratify the amendment. 42 ended up ratifying.

I am saying the courts looked at the facts and found the claim lacking of merit and not factual. Perhaps you don't understand how critical thinking works. It requires that one look at ALL the facts. Not only that but multiple judges looked at the facts and all came to the same conclusion based on the evidence presented.

sloppy ballot collecting should not be a goal of democracy......if its worth doing its worth doing right......after all the abortion ban is enjoined until a new law is formulated......basically Gretch the Wretch wanted it on the November ballot because she hopes it will keep her ass in office......

There is nothing sloppy about the ballot collecting. It had 750,000 signatures which is a record.

Because you don't want the proposition to pass is no reason to find fault with the proposition. That is what you tried to do with the 2020 election. You didn't like the result so you believed the election fraud lie.

I'm still waiting for one county that had more votes than registered voters.

There was no state whose legislature did not pass the laws which set the administration of elections. That is all the constitution requires.

you are an outright liar.....two courts found unconstitutional action.....Wisconsin......Pennsylvania......I have provided the proof specifically before......and there were a dozen states that used procedures which were NOT approved by their legislature and in Georgia at least used procedures in direct defiance of state legislation.....that prompted the new laws Georgia passed which caused the All Star baseball game to be removed from that "racist" state......you know, racist because they insisted the state legislation never be ignored by local voting officials again?......
 
Why can't Christian Conservatives voluntarily live by their own prissy little rules and leave everybody else the hell alone?

They are, with few exceptions, on a moral level with Jihadists, but we have so many more of them here in America.

The blue states that don't let them behave like the American Taliban shouldn't have to put up with the red states that do.

That is something (R)s are famous for. For an example, you can review Missouri's recent history of (R)s using the legislature (where they have a supermajority) to overturn the will of the people, from right-to-work to puppy mills. Missourians are voting this Nov. on weed. What do you want to bet that it will pass, and the legislature will promptly try to recriminalize it?

Even without it, Whitmer is going to win. The (R)s aren't even putting out any pro-Dixon advertising, while Whitmer's team is. The RNC knows that they have a loser in TrumpAssKisserAndElectionLiar Dixon, so are focusing their funding on candidates more likely to succeed.

It's interesting how living in a Free State is so painful to those of your fascist bent. Your tears of rage are pleasing. :rofl2:
