Not at all. Advertising prescription medicine by pharmacy companies is a major conflict of interest. Doctors are supposed to make informed decisions as to what medications they are confident in prescribing to patients. With advertising on the media, which was not legal at one time not so long ago, patients go to their doctors demanding certain drugs due to advertising. This pushes many doctors to prescribe these medications that may not be sufficiently vetted or completely appropriate for a particular patient.
You are a hyperpartisan who will oppose anything coming from the opposing party even if you would agree had your party recommended. You do not use logic or reason as is common for your compadres in today's far left Democrat Party.

Yes, the rule of law will be limited to being applied ONLY to "bad" people (ie not Trump or his immediate family and a few select friends if they have raped enough people to make the cut-off.)
