Sentencing in such trials is always scheduled for a date weeks or months in the future to allow the convicted party enough time to make whichever personal arrangements he/she needs to.

Trump's sentencing date was set for December of '24.

The election was held in November of '24.

In between the time he was convicted and the time set for his sentencing, the peckerwood trash of MAGAmurica gave him another four years in which to fuck the nation.

Because a sitting or elected President cannot be imprisoned, the sentencing judge was left with no alternative than to delay sentencing until it was no longer a possibility that trump would be President again.

I'm guessing that, even as dumb as you are, you knew all that, but pretended not to for no other reason than to tote trump's water and keep the lies swirling about.
