No you haven't. Because if you did, and you bought it from a dealer, you did the same thing as you would at any other location. And if you bought it from someone who wasn't a dealer, you did the same thing you'd do at any other location on the planet.

Yes, we should deny people their Constitutional rights even if they haven't been convicted or mentally ajudicated, because that's a good thing to do. I mean, you're clearly a qualified individual to own a gun, what with you saying you'd shoot someone for being mean to your wife or daughter. In fact, I feel it's my duty to report you to the ATF for being a illegal gun owner as you're not mentally stable.

Canadians are 'not' sitting ducks and the reason is because we have strict control over guns. Especially handguns which can't be carried around at a person's whim.

When Americans don't care to have handguns and assault weapons then they won't have them and the problem will diminish. Arming good guys to defend against bad guys has never been the solution. The solution has always been in the heads of Americans where the problems are.

Not necessarily, but adding guards who are complacent (which most guards are) is just as dangerous (as is adding overzealous ones). The 'best' option is to allow people to carry (Allow, not FORCE). But that's not a guarantee.
