Me: wow.
hiking works by going out to the woods, usually there are lots of trails, especially near state parks
and you walk along said trail
and see natures beauty
some trails are tougher than others

What's the longest day hike anyone here has done? I did 16 one time in Arizona, Sabino Canyon. It was awesome. :good4u:
 
I did a sun up to past dark in the Tetons once, but I took some time out at the top for fun with the girl I was hiking with.

Old Raggedy in Shenandoah Nat'l. Park. Well that one was in the U.S.

In Canada I took part in a weeklong canoe/hiking excursion in Algonquin Park in Northern Ontario. It was great.
