Well, he's dead by Zimmerman's gunshot...I'm guessing that proves that some where along the way he found out Zimmerman was armed, ya know? Yeah, the bullet in him really clears that up Grind.

Whether he knew Zimmerman was armed is irrelevant. What matters is whether Zimmerman was still following Martin at the time of the confrontation or whether Zimmerman had turned back to his car when the cops told him to stop following Martin.

Actually I understand that others have come to conclusions and think they have every right to that as well. I just wouldn't ever want them on any Jury judging myself or my children. They come to certainty far easier than I do. I simply do not know what happened that night and am not ready to judge any man guilty based on edited audio tapes and some people's conviction that this Latino guy is guilty before he gets a trial.

I agree. I don't believe that there is any certainty at all. However the simple belief that because I have yet to judge any person "guilty" that I don't care about some 17 year old kid is rubbish. I just also care about some 35 year old Latino guy I've never met and believe that everybody deserves a trial before they get a verdict. The certainty of the belief, the "You believe he's guilty so you're cool" idea is where I part lines. I'm not sure. I don't believe that I've enough evidence to come to a conclusion, so I'll continue to have the opinion of "more info please"...

When you edit audio, you have to input the start and stop points of what you want cut. You don't just randomly input start/stop times and hope it comes out ok.

You all pretend that there is a high degree of expertise needed to understand that basic concept. Have you ever done a remix on songs? Edited together songs or condensed them for a specific purpose? You typically are going to want to listen to the end product to make sure it is what you intended.

I didn't see anyone other than usf call him a thug, and said it repeatedly. Not one righty here called him on it, or even groaned his posts. I guess none of them "saw it".
