I believe EQ is as important as IQ. EQ is more closely linked to morals. It's the difference between make believe and the real world.

It depends. EQ is great in hospitals and Human Resources. Not so much in engineering.

As humans, we usually need a balance but can lean more strongly one way or another by natural ability or occupational requirements.
