Because people try to justify regulations as protecting the people against the corporations (class warfare) when many times those regulations are passed to reduce or eliminate competition or divide up markets among competitors.

I have little sympathy not empathy for corporations. Corporations help stockholders and corporate officers...that's it.

a corporation is a legal term. a guy that wants to open a business and not risk his home and possessions in case his business fails, incorporates. He is now a corporation.

The stockholders include 95 million Americans that fund many of their retirement accounts which will help support them and their spouses.

Regulations are often passed to help corporations because smaller businesses cannot afford those regulations.
