Notice Babbitt falls at the feet of a couple of police officers. They didn't seem threatened. Byrd should have never fired their direction. He clearly panicked. Byrd was clearly a bigger danger to those officers than the crowd was.
When is Bondi going to have him arrested?

Democrats were united in high-fiving Byrd for wasting a Trump supporter and quickly absolved him of all wrongdoing ... because, after all, Ashli Babbit was a Trump supporter. Democrats argued that Byrd was rightfully "frightened for his life" given all the after-the-fact hysteria that Democrats generated in order to bury Trump.
Enter SCOTUS. In a unanimous 9-0 landmark decision Barnes v. Felix less than two weeks ago (15 May 2025), the Supreme Court declared that it is not sufficient for a police officer to claim that he was in "fear for his life or the lives of others" when using deadly force. An objectively clear threat must exist such that it is determined that any rational, reasonable police officer in that situation would have also used deadly force. Given that the unarmed and peaceful Ashli Babbit's small vertical leap in a public building did not objectively obligate the use of deadly force, the cowardly Lt. Byrd needs to be arraigned for the blatant murder that he committed.
He isn't going anywhere and there is no statute of limitations on murder. I suspect it is being re-investigated even as we speak. But I'll ask her the next time she calls me.
I expect he will be arrested in about two weeks! Hahahaha!

She won’t file charges because she would get totally embarrassed in court in a high profile case!

The problem is convicting a Black Democrat in DC for killing a Trump supporter. Jury nullification seems likely. Can we say OJ?

Injuries are all the evidence needed to show that a police officer was injured by violence.
It seems that you somehow think the video from a police body cam is not video? Could you be any more delusional? I posted the video from Fanone's body cam which shows some of the people that attacked him. I then showed where 3 of those people were indicted and sentenced after conviction.

She didn't fall at the feet of a couple of police officers. The officers who were against the wall by the window left allowing her to jump through the window. As she was shot she fell back as armed officers were coming up the stairs.
The two officers were clearly threatened enough that they did not try to stop the people from breaking the windows. Then when they see the armed officers coming up the stairs, they leave 15 seconds before she is shot and are not seen later in the video. The armed officers are on the stairs and not on the landing when she is shot.
But feel free to feed your delusions if you need to do that to try to make yourself believe you aren't delusional.
