Now he says that it wasn't credible.

So that's two changes in 72 hours.

2. INTELLIGENCE (not just Trump) said it wasn't credible and it never even made it to the DNI because it was
just raw info (despite the NYTimes claiming it was an "assessment") low level flunkies dont write assessments
